About Lin Wan

Professor Wan has been conducting experimental and theoretical research in ocean acoustics, acoustical oceanography and signal processing. He has been the Principal Investigator of various ONR grants to study the geo-acoustic properties in marine sediments using broadband signals. His research interests include geo-acoustic inversion, internal wave effects on three-dimensional sound propagation, acoustic array design, and time-frequency analysis of broadband signals.
