Ch. 7 - All Sections
Ch. 9 - Secs. 1-5
Ch. 10 - Secs. 1-6
Ch. 11 - All Sections
Ch. 12 - Secs. 1 and 5

Grading:
Homeworks - 10%
Final Computer Project - 15%
Labs and Computer Projects - 25%
Mid Term Exam - 25%
Final Exam - 25%

General Comments:

Homeworks are for your benefit, problems will be discussed in volunteer review sessions and used as the basis for both exams.

Exams are closed book, closed notes (unless indicated otherwise).

No make-up exams will be given without prior arrangements.

Final computer projects must be defined by April 20, 2000 and can be performed using commercial or custom codes.

There will be four laboratory experiments with associated computational assignments, with the goal of comparing analytic and computational data to measured data.
