Academic Year Begins
for Class of 2012

Electrical & Computer Engineering's Class of 2012 consists of 54 incoming students from across the United States - 21 from the state of Delaware. In addition, we have students from China, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, India, and Nepal totalling 64 incoming freshmen. The New Student Convocation was held on Tuesday, September 02, 2008.
Second IGERT Solar Hydrogen Conference is a SUCCESS!

The IGERT in Sustainable Energy from Solar Hydrogen successfully hosted the Second Annual IGERT/REAP Solar Hydrogen conference between July 20th – July 23rd, 2008. This four-day student run conference is a team effort between the University's National Science Foundation-sponsored Sustainable Energy from Solar Hydrogen Integrative Graduate Education and Research Traineeship (IGERT) program and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory's (NREL) Minority Undergraduate Research Associates (MURA) Program.
