Joshua Zide joins ECE Faculty
Dr. Zide joins us as Assistant Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering after receiving his PhD from University of California, Santa Barbara.
His primary research interest is the nanoscale engineering of novel semiconductor and composite electronic materials for energy conversion and (opto)electronic devices. His current research is focused primarily on the molecular beam epitaxial growth of semimetal/III-V nanocomposites for thermoelectric power generation and other applications. Zide has authored or co-authored over 30 technical papers and presentations and has several patents pending
