Graduate Student Research Opportunities
The Institute of Energy Conversion (IEC) at University of Delaware has immediate openings for graduate students with backgrounds in Electrical Engineering to perform research on thin film Cu(InGa)Se2 and crystalline Si heterojunction solar cells. Students need to apply and be accepted by the ECE department at UD but will conduct their research under guidance from IEC staff.
The IEC (www.udel.edu/iec) is an internationally recognized photovoltaic R&D laboratory and a Department of Energy Center of Excellence for PV Research and Education.IEC is has nearly 40 years in developing PV technology and is an integrated solar cell research facility at the University of Delaware.
