Mission

Our mission is to provide a climate and infrastructure that will become a self supporting network for High School students with disabilities. This online community will consist of students, mentors  and advocates who are interested in actively discussing education and careers with emphasis on the sciences and disability issues.

Students are encouraged to; engage in online discussions; give and receive information; and support online community members. The community will unite people with an interest in disability.  We invite the able-bodied community to participate as mentors or advocates.

The medium for discussions will be a list server; limited to registered participants.

The Community Will:

Peer and mentor discussions on pertinent topics.
All participants in their daily achievements.

Engage

increasing awareness motivating and inspiring members to become role models in their respective communities.

Provide

whose knowledge can offer valuable assistance and/or lend perspective to discussions.
A forum from which to build ones knowledge and increase ones
awareness on pertinent topics in science and disability.

By utilizing local and online information resources.

Support
